“Exclusive: Donaghadee Football Club Releases Official Statement”

After a challenging few years, the club is now taking steps to improve itself at every level, on and off the pitch.
We aim to create the best atmosphere possible for every player signed by the club, at both first and second-team levels.
We have plans to lease our current home pitch and have arranged a meeting with a council delegation. This will be with the view to improve and upgrade the area on and around the pitch.
Also, we are seeking permission to fence off the pitch, ensuring it is protected and will be an excellent playing surface.
Along with the above plans, we will be obtaining dugouts and plenty of space for advertising, which we will no doubt need with the support of local businesses.
New kits and training gear have been ordered for both teams and although most of the sponsorship has already been secured, any help for the club would be greatly appreciated.
We also now have a new management team who will give everything they can to ensure on-field success.
The club would like to hear from the following people –
Players who wish to be part of an exciting rebuild, ex players and brand-new players are equally welcome.
Businesses or individuals who wish to support the club through sponsorship or any other way that can be discussed with the committee.
